| Remarks | Between 1909 and 1912 Henri Goovaerts had a drawing school at the Heinrichsallee 54 in Aachen. In the accompanying studio he painted portraits. This portrait may have been made there. It is only known from a photograph in the archive of Lily Goovaerts. That photograph is mounted on cardboard on which Lily Goovaerts has written: 'eine Dame aus Aachen 1907'. |
